Detachment Commander: Healthcare Company

Summary
We are looking for a disciplined, alert, and professional Security Officer / Detachment Commander to oversee security operations within a healthcare and medical environment. The ideal candidate will supervise security personnel and ensure the safety and security of employees, patients, hospital assets, and facilities.
The role is also responsible for the overall monitoring and control of security systems within the property, including CCTV, alarms, and access control systems. It ensures real-time surveillance, immediate incident detection, and proper coordination during emergencies.
This position plays a critical role in maintaining safety, security, and operational continuity across all buildings and common areas.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manning
- Plan and organize security personnel duty schedules, including shift rotations, post assignments, and days off.
- Ensure all assigned posts remain staffed at all times.
- Implement the approved manning schedule to maintain adequate security coverage.
Supervision of Guard Force
- Oversee the performance of security personnel and ensure that all duties and responsibilities are carried out effectively and in accordance with established standards.
- Enforce strict compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular post-to-post inspections to monitor guard performance.
- Address and correct minor violations or deficiencies immediately and ensure accurate, timely escalation of serious infractions.
- Resolve escalated complaints, concerns, and operational issues involving security personnel or site security.
- Conduct regular emergency response drills and simulation exercises to maintain preparedness.
- Inspect security equipment periodically and coordinate the repair or replacement of defective or malfunctioning items.
Administrative Tasks
- Conduct periodic assessments of the site’s security situation and recommend improvements to House Rules, Security Plans, and Security Policies and Procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with operational protocols.
- Conduct preliminary investigations of security incidents and assist the Account Manager in preparing Investigation Reports.

Qualifications
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Criminology.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Security Manager, Detachment Commander, or in a similar position.
- Knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures.
- Experience using relevant security monitoring technology and equipment (e.g., CCTV operations, dispatch systems, or emergency services).
- Experience in reporting, emergency response planning, security protocols, and procedures.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
Product Specialist
- Implement assigned marketing activities/campaigns across channels (ETC, OTC, and modern trade).
- Develop campaigns tailored to local market needs.
- Ensure seamless execution of promotions and advertisements.
- Develop and execute price strategy including discounts and trade promotions.
- Analyze competitors’ pricing models.
- Propose attractive promotions to boost sales and brand visibility.
- Develop and manage promotional materials (gimmicks, brochures, posters, standees, POS materials).
- Ensure alignment with brand identity.
- Coordinate with local suppliers for timely production and distribution.
- Conduct regular surveys to understand customer insights and identify new brand opportunities.
